Members Present: John O’Connell (Acting Chair); Linda McCamic; David Powell; George Morse (Associate Member)
Members Absent: John Weis (Chair); Kathleen Pearson (Vice Chair)
Staff Present: Martha Taylor, Town Planner
In the absence of the Chair and Vice Chair, John O’Connell, Clerk, served as Acting Chair and called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.
- Site Plan Review Revisions:
D. Powell presented notes from a workshop he had attended on Site Plan Review and suggested that the Board consider establishing criteria for a minor review and a major review, similar to the Groton Site Plan Review provisions, which call for three levels of review depending on the scale of the project. Other potential revisions might include: timeframe for completion of the project; requirement for coordination with other permitting (especially Conservation Commission); and decision criteria. D. Powell will develop a draft for review.
On a motion made by D. Powell and seconded by J. O’Connell, the meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
